The Srum master must ensure that development teams follow the values of the scrum framework and agile practices, advise and motivate teams to improve processes, facilitate meetings and decision-making processes, and remove team impediments.
To be successful as a scrum master, he must have a firm understanding of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams. An outstanding scrum master must have excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Requisitos
- Minimum of 3+ years of directly related experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- Certified Scrum Master, SAFe preferred.
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Requires the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and creatively develop processes to aid efficiency and effectiveness.
- Must have initiative, be resourceful, able to work independently without a lot of guidance.
- Must be able to effectively prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Requires fluency in English with good verbal and written skills.
- Must be able to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and staff in a diverse, global environment.
- Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite of software.
