The Data Warehouse Manager must have a strong technical background and extensive knowledge in big data and high availability environments. This person will help create and drive the data transformation strategy while providing awareness and advocating for the adoption of new BI and DW processes and technology. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the team responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and support of data warehousing systems and related data marts. You will ensure the proper balance between front-end systems and back-end processing capabilities and install processes to audit data warehouses and ensure data quality.
Requisitos
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Thorough understanding of file structures and design, information retrieval techniques, file access methods, and database controls and standards.
- Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite of software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Requires the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and creatively develop processes to aid efficiency and effectiveness.
- Must have initiative, be resourceful, able to work independently without a lot of guidance.
- Must be able to effectively prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environment.
- Requires fluency in English with good verbal and written skills.
- Must be able to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and staff in a diverse, global environment.
